Look okay to me. Babies have funny leaves early on sometimes.

See nothing wrong, as said, seedlings first leaves can look a little weird, I would start worrying if it continue with the next set of leaves.

I'm using 2x14W 5500K 'cool white' CFL bulbs + 2x23W 3500K 'warm white' CFL bulbs

That might be a bit too much light for them,they are sensitive as seedlings. I'd pull up the lights a bit...the one looks like it couldnt handle it and suffered some heat damage on its newborn leaves. New growth looks good...no more then 200w equivelent cfl at this stage.

I agree with Diabolical666, it does appear to be a little heat stress also.

Also, I have a radiator nearby. Could that exacerbate the problem?
