I feed the when the soil is dry they are close to 6 weeks I believe. And some seedling starting mix organic its the only plant out of 5. I feed the to the rim a bit on each plant. Distilled water only.

Sounds like you are over feeding
Feed every other time you water.
Make sure you are getting some runoff
