Whats wrong with my plant?

I was just wondering why my plant is so small and why the leaves are yellowing, its 2 weeks old and about 1.5inches tall

what size pot is she growing in?
What is the PH?
how often watering?
how often feeding it?
what kind of light and at what Distance?
what kind of soil?

its in a red solo cup, im only giving it water right now with a ph of 7 and im watering whenever soil is dry/ cup feels light. It gets about 2 hours of direct sun and the rest indirect/very shady and at night ive been putting it under a 13 watt cfl

Need to make you a box or something and get better lighting. Need to get daylight cfls for veg. Did u poke holes at the bottom for drainage? If your using miracle grow it will burn them pretty easy.

Ph should be closer to 6 than 7 IMO. Also what is your soils? is it packed too tight so roots cant penetrate? You would get better growth than u are getting now with a couple cfls on for 20-24 a day. Also way to young for any type of nutrients. Just water with correct PH and maybe some Superthrive
