Sounds like your watering to runoff, 12" is pretty close for 1K.
Ph should gradually go up,so mondays water ph 5.8 Wednesday should be higher,Friday a little more say 6.2~6.5 Monday's back to 5.8 again.
Dont peg it at the same ph everytime.

This isn't a ph issue, you're doing fine with your watering. 12 inches from a 1000 watt hps is a bit close! You can see some slight leaf cupping at your top leaves. The necrosis you're seeing is a magnesium deficiency. By the time it gets to the brown burning like that..it's been there for weeks. It starts with yellowing between the veins, and you can see it on the lower leaves in your pic. It gets burnt at the top first because the demand is extra high there, especially being so close to a powerful light, and the plant cant keep up with the demand fast enough..especially in mid-flower!
Did you wash/buffer your coco prior to use? What and how much do you feed and how often? Source of water? For now i'd say add some extra cal-mag, or add epsom salt to your waterings.

pH at 5.8...and if it wants to swing up to 6.1 or so, let it...but don't go much over.

Don't flush your plants with plain water or feed with plain water...coco plants don't like this.

Don't let your coco dry out...again coco grown plants don't like this.

Be sure to add Ca and Mg...your coco loves these elements just as much as your plant does...be sure you have enough of each element for both the coco and the plant.

For the future always take the time to wash / rinse your new coco and buffer it out...even when the manufacturer said it's already been done.

As Blitz mentioned above; your plants are at their peak in terms of what they demand and if you're not providing it, now is when those shortages really come out. Adding some additional Mg is a good starting point.
