What's wrong with my clones?

First time cloning. I successfully cloned 6 clones of c99 but 4 died due to my distraction (they sank into the plugs and too much water killed them). Anyways, of the 2 that survived, one seemed to experience nute burn when I added fertilizer to the diy cloning machine. Then I moved them to party cups with coco and the burned leaves on that clone worsened. The other one looked mildly disturbed.

It didn't seemed like the coco was draining fast so I figured they were overwatered. After 10 days in coco I decided to transfer them to soil, which I did. That was 5 days ago, don't know if they are recovering slowly or getting worse.

Please look at the pics, you will see a lot of burned leaves in one of them, then, in another picture I have trimmed off those dead/burned leaves. It seems to be having offshoots. This is my first time cloning, the soil is just right, I have a bunch of new seedlings growing just fine next to them. I am growing in my balcony, the weather is just nice, direct sun does not hit them for too long and I mention this so maybe we can rule out heat stress.

As you can see, in one month they got transferred from the cloning machine to coco then to soil.

Are these rooted clones you moved to the cups? Why are your seedlings gs so stretched? With the info given, I'm going to guess too little light to seedlings and too much to clones. More info please.

They had developed good roots in the cloner before transfering them to the balcony. I dont know why the seedlings are stretching, I thought it was normal, in fact, only 1 seedling seems to be stretching in the opposite direction to the light. Too intense perhaps? Dont know, check the new pics
