whats wrong wit my plant

i used 2 have all4 lights on it and i noticed it slowly started drying up now i have just 1 light on it for a week or so and the leaves are still dry up top. is this gunna die now? or will it slowly get better. and do you think the light on top is still 2 much heat? it is a 75 watt plant bulb that lets heat off that i got at home depot.

i think you should go with all clf lighting i think it will be easer for you

other then that you could have a # of things going on i dont want to give you bad avdice good luck
