Whats wrong? Humidity? Overwater? Potassium? Help please

So here's the skinny.
My plant is going into its fourth week of veg feeding starting tomorrow.
This is a drip hydro setup.
Drip runs 15 mins for 3 times a day.
Lights run 24x7 they are floros. They are kept 1 foot above the plant.
pH is checked daily. I try to maintain a pH of 5.7
The plant strain is unknown... dank bagseed.
There is a fan that oscillates and it is placed 3 feet in front of the plant.
The temps in the room range from 68-75
The humidity is between 20% and 35%
I have been seeing these spots on my leaves since week 2 veg feeding.
I thought it was because I spilled fert water on my leaves. Now the spots show on new growth so I am at a loss.
I try to keep my rez cool by doing the whole coke bottle with frozen water thing.
The medium is rockwool (4 inch block), sitting in hydroton.
Yes, before you ask this is my first grow.

How much you giving nutes? They mite be a little burnt also what kind of water you using, could be a CAL/MAG def.

Looks like they being underfed to me....what nutes and what strength you using?

I knew I forgot to add something. I am using tap water. Water is about 40 ppm before nutes are added. Right now in the 3rd week of feeding the ppms are right at 820. I am using general hydoponics 3 part grow, micro, bloom. ill post my feeding schedule in a few

For clarification:
I have a 4 gallon rez so mulitply all numbers by 4
Week1 - 2.5 mL grow (g) micro (m) and bloom (b)
week2 - 5g, 2.5m, 2.5b
Week3 - 10g, 5m, 3b (tomorrow will be rez chg for week4)
Week4 - 12g, 6m, 3b

I did not use the hard water nutes just the regular ones. Thanx 4 the help

yup according to what i always have fed my plants u are underfeeding bro...at week 3 i was at 12ml\gal...Im at work but when i get home ill make sure you get a copy of it!

What is your schedule? I am doing a lil experiment now to see how much humidity affects the growth. I got this big zip lock back and put it over her and she seems to like it a lot. Got any ideas on how to increase my humidity? The temps are dropping where I am now and its really hard to keep the humidity up in my room. I can control the temps but I didn't factor in humidity when I built my setup. If you can give me your GH feeding schedule I can try that out too. I've got 3 seedlings ready to go. Thanks for the input bruh.

i used to get pill bottles...drill holes in each of them and fill with a wet sponge..a couple of them though..brout it up a lil ..or u can soak towels and let em dry near the plant...all kinds of wys....check my thread in my sig. for the schedule im using
