What's with this little guy?

All of these seeds sprouted at the same time except for the bottom left one. The one on the right has been way behind this whole time, and now it appears to be growing but just scaled way down? It's closer to the fan so maybe that or being more toward the edge of the light footprint is stunting it? Usually I'll have a runt each grow that's always behind, but this one is interesting as it appears to be growing leaves only much smaller. I'm not super worried as I only need 2/5 to be strong females, but I am a bit curious to see if it's just something simple I can adjust. The low RH doesn't help I'm sure but didn't seem to slow the others down...

I have the most confused plants I swear. This one is emo, last grow I had one transition to male. Plants these days have a lot more pressure than a generation ago.

Maybe a Nirvana sticker would help the angst?

Sometimes you'll get a runty seedling. It happens.

My advice, shuffle the pots around; put the small ones where the big ones are & vice versa. If they catch up, then you may have wicked hotspots and/or dull spots in your lighting.

Yeah I've learned you can try to understand plants, but sometimes they are just looking for acceptance, not assistance. They want you to listen to their troubles, not solve them.

This place is one of the few places that no one complains that one they expected to be a male turns fem
