Good ol' google image search lol.. Seriously though, wtf possesses somebody to make up a story about getting this at a "boot sale." I mean, your life would have to be pretty fugn lame to have to make up shit and post it on rollitup..

Why? That's a simple enough question... What could you possibly have been hoping to accomplish/gain from this?

You should feel so... lame.. that you should just retire the old screen name and come up with a new one player..

I'm having hassle posting pics ...I'm cleaning it up at the moment ..will take to a friend to get it going, seems its broke, and yeah it hasn't been going for years, I need to soak it in vodka..?

i don't usually do this, but fug you! his pic, is his pic. he obviously has it. so he got it at the store next door...

Thank you shag....but indeed its not my pic, but a very shining example of what I own and am attempting to repair.I can no longer post pics here, perhaps another Ru. embargo ...lol but my buddy did spend hours trying to find similar no fucking way is this junk worth $800.00 ....lol best I can tell its a light bulb on a rheostat with some coffee making thing on top, not exactly the same as the original pic but close enough

I didn't find it and my bud don't do English..right now I wish I never bought the fucking thinG I'm covered in black shit ...like fuc it ain't oil either smell like vicks inhaler ...lol

Kiddies, do we have to send you to the corner for a time out?

The machine does indeed run on a light bulb in the base. In the top of the space age "cone" is a bag of activated charcoal. The whole thing was that you used 99% isopropal alcohol to extract the "oil".
The alcohol was put in the concave bottom pan. A contraption that sat across the pan, held the weed in a coffee filter and you put the space needle on the top and you turned it on.
As the heat from the light bulb warmed up the alcohol it evaporated. Inside the space needle on it's bottom interior was a cone shaped deal that caught the dripping alcohol from it condensing above and directed it to drip through the weed in the coffee filter holder.
After a period of time (like 12 hrs if I remember right) you shut it off, let it cool and removed the now spent weed and put a cup in place of the coffee filter and turned it back on for less time. The alcohol then did the same thing but left the "oil" in the concave pan bottom to be scraped out when the time was done.
You must remember that alcohol extractions remove everything from the material, so you got the tars and other unwanted stuff out of it to.
The company made for a time, some sort of water washer for the oil that removed the tars and such leaving the good (or at least better) stuff. I never did get to actually see that part.
You could grind up some of the left over spent weed material (or simply put in fresh unextracted weed) and add the "oil" to it to make a more concentrated one.
They hit their high (pun intended) point during the days when the good Columbians, Panamainian began to disappear and the low grade northern Mex began to flow north in great quantities. Of course the Thai stick was still around and Jamaican Lambs breath too. Then the first sensi quickly followed and everyone simply went on to the good weed.
That marked the end of the iso machine.
I am still not a fan of alcohol extractions, BUT I am of alcohol washed BHO (shatter).

So, now you all know what it did and how it did it.....I know of one still in a closet and he don't know what he's got. Now that I see what they go for on the "bay". I might have to see if he'll part with it.

Take note of this.. You said "fug u" to me before you even looked at the pics.. Next time take a couple seconds before you say "fug u" to somebody.. Do you know the OP personally? Did my comment really offend you so much that you wanted to take the time to say "fug u" to somebody you don't know?

I would love to see another pic or two of this contraption, otherwise we should just chalk this thread up to someone attempting to troll..

Is this the best excuse you can come up with?? There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that you could have just found that pic "trying to find similar".. You admit that you had no idea what it was, so what would your "buddy" have even started searching for?? I just typed "old piece of junk that I got for $5 at a boot sale" in Google and nothing came up..

You should really feel lame as hell for continuing this nonsense chief..
