What's this deficiency?

Hey guys, this is a super silver haze that just started preflower. Outdoor grow, ph 6.8, no nutes yet, in ffof. I vegged indoors and took her out 2 weeks ago. Started with one leaf and now spreading to all of them. I can't find any pictures to reference this deficiency. I also spray neem oil once a week just in case. Any ideas?

I'd say Phosphorous, maybe Potassium.

Did they look this way before you sprayed neem oil on them?

How about your water, pH, nutes? Medium?

How concentrated was the neem oil spray? Tablespoon per gallon or.... Any nutes like N added yet?

No nutes and just a tablespoon per 16ozs

Pots.5 gallon fabric

Make sure you are using RO water with them.
