What's this amber crystal on leaf stem?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what this is? I was pruning last night and noticed this on some plants. It's hard and doesn't leave any residue when touched.

have you tried wiping it? from my view it looks like the start of mites to me. if not you shouldnt have to worry its just mother nature doing here thing

Looks like an egg sack of some kind to me. I'd be getting rid of it just in case.

Definitely looks insect related. Check around the stems and soil for tiny mofo's marching around.

I couldn't figure out what that was when I experienced it. There is a word for plants secreting stuff like that. I do not know what it is.

I do know when I experienced it, the plants were fed a lot and the pH was fucked all over.

From what I see, your plants don't look bad. Based on my experience, check the pH of the soil and runoff.

I thought that as well lol. It was given to me by a friend who said it was Chocolate Kush and it's in week 2 of flower.

It was too stuck on to wipe so I scrapped it off, but that was after I plucked the leaf.

Glad I ain't the only one. Is the word Guttation you were thinking of? Plants looked all healthy, but I'll double check when the lights come on.

Amber, somewhat translucent, hard. You can pick it off with your fingernail.

It bothered the shit out of me when I saw this 10 years ago, will never forget.
