Yeah the plastic 55 gallon drums are the biggest I've seen. Because at that point your dealing with 380 plus pounds of water.

You could make a man made pond with a geosynthetic membrane but spring a leak and hes losing his water plus thats a lot of labor digging and making a anchor trench of some sort.

Go to Tractor supply they sell barrels specifically for storing water of various sizes. They also sell fifty five gallon barrels with screw on lids.

yeah but you can also use the same membrane in a wooden box as big as you like and you got yourself a great cheap res. i didnt mean he should dig a pond lol just use the membrane for a res.
