Whats the chance of now getting my seeds?

I ordered from nirvana had a couple issues but that was when they were using united mail, duno if they still are or not but united mail is the shadiest of the shady mail company's. took them 2 months to get my first order to me (living in ontario)
and my 2nd order just plain never arrived. Nirvana did go out of it's way after we found a secured mailing company to make sure i got my seeds free of charge, which by the way were AWESOME I've been ordering online ever since i found an ontario based company that is a supplier for nirvana, they don't express ship but generally i only wait 5 business days now.

im legal under michigan law for crohns disease...but its still actually still illegal for me to order seeds since crossing borders makes it a federal offense.

I'd say if your seeds aren't there in a month you should start getting worried. I ordered like $1000 worth of seeds from nirvana in probably 7 different orders about 3 years ago, and I had one get seized. They Gov sent me some generic letter about the contents of my package containing (a list of like 15 different illegal things), and if I wanted to contest it to come pick up the contents of my stuff... Yeah, eh, no...
