you have some choices - after switching to 12/12 - which signals the plant to start flowering, there will still be vegetative growth for the next two weeks.
If you want to "go with the plant" and want to encourage more growth then stay with grow nutes until two weeks after switching to 12/12.
if you want to discourage more vegetative growth and get the plants acclimatized to the bloom nutes faster, switch to bloom nutes as soon as you switch to 12/12.
So you can switch to bloom nutes from the first day of 12/12 up to two weeks after changing the photoperiod.
But whenever you switch to bloom nutes, you should use reduced strength (so if you were at 900-1000 PPM using grow nutes, you'd want your bloom nute PPM to be around 3-400) to help your plants get used to the change.
