Whats the BEST way to Germinate?

I place a couple of seeds(same strain) in a small dixie cup filled 1/4 of the way with room temp tap water put in dark warm place overnight when seed pops, place with sterilized tool into cubes.

i usually use a peat pellet under a humidity dome or the wet paper towel method, i always got 100% succes rate
