What’s the best soup to use for growing indoor in the uk?

I mix my own, always did, find a good moisture control mix and add peat, perlie and Coco......

I've never grown in soup, lol. Just kidding, but any good organic soil will work. I don't know what you have access to over there so it's hard to say. But you might want to add a little extra to it like perlite and some EWC
