Should I trim the other unhealthy leaves?

You should lower your PPM to 1/2 of what you had to start off with like I suggested before! It still looks like you are burning your plants! The tips of the leaves are still burning!

This is no good olddog your opening yourself to bactiria problems and root rot,

62f to 65f = no issue with plants growth and bactiria.

Do you guys trim your giant fan leaves? What about unhealthy leaves?

I do when i put to flower, some times in veg room. i've yet to kill one by triming... lol i go crazy in the 1 week of flower trim a little every day. but only ones that block light down lower

I trim at week 5 of bloom! And if it looks ugly or dead i remove it

that plant should be at 900ppm tops. more does NOT mean better in this field. clone start at 850, TWO (2) weeks later change and go at 900-950, then one week change and go to 1000-1050, then start flower stage at 1050-1100, then topping out a 1200-1250, and absolutely below 1300. NEVER go past 1300, ever. The problem you have is the plant grew faster then the stems could keep up. Like a kids bladder, it just does not have the capacity to hold as much urine as it takes in, and in turn it wets in its sleep. less is more in this field. more water and less nutes.
