Whats missing here??

Hello all, I have been here a couple months trying to gather information for my first grow. I want to first thank everyone that has extended a hand and helped me. Now that is all set up, I wanted to let everyone take a look and let me know if there is something wrong or if there is something that I can do better.

put more cfls over the top they look a little droopy but other than that nice and green awsome job on the set up any nuits yet

I changed it to another one of those 2 foot floros like on the bottom. The clones have perked back up, the pic was taken the day after they were cut. I havent given the new clones any nutes yet and wont for about another week or two. But thanks for the imput!
