what's going on?

hello my helpful friends.I need some help not sure what's going on does anyone have an answer.

It's really, really, really hard to see the plant with that LED on. But it appears you have burnt tips and edges. Give us the 411, feed and watering schedules, pot size, lighting, etc.....

Did I mention that the pic is really hard to see?
