Whats going on? pics

I have these 9 only 3 week old mako haze clones in my original flood setup under a 200watt cfl and just moved 5 of them out to start flowering soon in a different tray under a 600watt hps and the other 4 are still left in the first tray to become moms. Now the 5 clones in the new tray are showing some symptoms that the moms arent, and the resavior is the exact same mix. Im using cutting edge solutions line(except mag amp) at about 3/8 strengh and it turns out to be about 450ppm. The top of the plants are slightly droopy and showing signs of interveinal browning on the big fan leaves. Now the clones have defintly out grown there 1 gallon pots being over 18 inches tall and i dont really have room to move them into anything bigger. Any ideas?

Im no expert but I think it may be nute burn.. your ppm seems good but Im not sure..

if anything i thought that my ppm is kinda low for the size of the plants and i was planing on increasing the strength to more like 600ppm.
i do admit i am brand new to hydro this is my first flood/drain setup. does the ppm of my resavior even need to be stronger than 1/4-3/8 strength(300-450ppm)?

i just opened up my resavoir and stuck my nose in and it defintly doesnt smell right....its been less then a week but i relized i forgot to get a bubble stone for the new setup
im gonna change that watter right now and make sure to get a bubble stone tommorow and hopefully that will fix things

the bubble stone will help a lot!! the plants will love it...
