What’s going on here

One of my girls almost looks like fertilizer burn, but the others are coming along beautiful. Gen: Big Bud rocket seeds. Pics attached

Humidity 40-50 %. Temp 80 % I have test kits for PH, N, Phosphorus, and K test for Potash which should I test for?
 
Your plants needs certain organisms bacteria fungus to turn the soil/nutrients into food for your plants. If i look at your pictures. From the look that one is doing ok the other one isn't going so well. This might be the case. The solution i use is some wheat flower mixing it with water preferred rain water in a container let it sit three days or so. Stir every day. Eventually you get yeast. Add 3 small spoons full into your nutrient tea. Adding Earthworms in your flower pots also helps.
