whats going on ! help plzz

i thought maybe my baby was overheated?
then i thought maybe nute burn?
ive given it about 2 weeks and its getting worse and worse.
I was giving 1/2 stength once a week TB, GB and BB
now im doing full strength.
*in like 7th week of flowering
I just watered 2X 6.5ph pure water.
Any ideas? please help!

Lighting is 4X 40w and 2X 24 w cfl. 2 side cfl's are approx 3 inches away
top lights have only been liek 1 inch away, i just move them up

heat,nutes and ph a got a plant looking this shitty but she got some fat bud sites already and she only 2 weeks in flower.

well now i think i think of it, i was like 3-4 weeks ago giving 1/2 strength once a week. then move to every other. now i was doing 2X a week. hmmm maybe i burnt them haha. but ya my buds getting big. She looks like she is about to fall over from being top heavy

Is that the bottom of the plant in a lot of shade? If so, isn't leaf loss there expected?

When u say GB BB and TB Are you talking about ff tiger bloom grow big and big bloom?? Have u giving ff trio for flower also? Fox farm is strong stuff so strain depending full strenght nutes need to be worked up to gradually if at all.
