What's For Dinner Tonight?

A 3 lb. roast with garlic chips inserted throughout. Then I seared it on all sides in a little bit of olive oil. Seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put in the oven at 375 for 2 1/2 hours. For sides I made garlic herb mashed potatoes and a spinach feta salad with a raspberry vinaigrette. Dessert is a caramel flan and the beverage Raspberry Zinger iced tea.
 
Is that sausage smoked by any chance ?

Yeah my uncle used one of those little upright smokers that looks like a tall skinny BBQ pit, all the sides were homemade too except the beans. I washed it all down with some dogfish head ipa, pretty damn good bbq all in all.
 
We're having Navajo Tacos tonight. Yum. :p
