Yep. I'm going to try it this weekend.
Nice. I picked thru to find the brightest green peppers I could for the vessel, and use extra of the red, yellow and orange (not sure if the recipe listed that but I use a bit of all three colors) ones inside. The blanching keeps the green ones neon green, you probably already knew that. Then the other colors on top, they really do grab the eye. If you make them for people, be prepared to be asked to make them again and again.

Hey, you started the thing with the circles! I tried finding the old phone ad (from the bad old "friends and family" days) on Youtube but failed ... an alte kacker saying "I'm sick of the soicles!" cn
