Your a lucky man..cant seem to find that around here the past couple days

Last night I had Sushi and Pad Thai pretty much my all time favorite asian combo. I think tonight I will cook my wife and I's favorite which is Aloha Ribs with Roasted Garlic Mashers and sauteed haricot-vey

my marinade is as simple as this

1 bottle of Soy Vey Veri Island Teriyake
4 tbls Soy Sauce
4 tbls Frsh Grated Ginger
2 tsp honey

mix these together and place in plastic bag with what ever you want. I use Flanken style Beef Short Ribs

tonight is pork spare ribs grilled with a pan of water under them, hickory chunks for smoke flavor, montrial stake spice rub , 2 1/2 hrs should about do it

Nothing i love more then some Slow cooked ribs.

Tonight i might cook a few steaks i have in the freezer. Along with some Rice and veggies.

with some eggrolls!

Wife and kids off visiting the in-laws.................im lazy tonight and wanna eat kind of light so i am steaming artichokes in chicken stock stuffing the leaves w/ garlic and bread crumbs.

Just had hamburgers, BBQ Chicken, Ribbs, Potatoe Salad, Salad, Fries and a nice cold pepsi cola!

Talk about munchies!

man i tell you somethign it doesnt get sweeter than corn from over the pond the shit we get here is NOWHERE near as sweet. the tinned stuff is pure crap

b.b.q. newyork strip steak and grilled corn on da cob!!!! yay yay!!!!

Oyeahh! Corn is in season,, new jersey ugly tomatoes and pearl white sweet corn.

over here we pay 25 cents per, but in the stores it's like 75 cents per.

lol its $2.20 for 2 here and its crap.

tonight im going to buy a full fillet of extra mature aberdeen angus no prizes for guessing whats for dinner.

didnt get on last night, but we had apple/cheddar stuffed chicken breasts with rice and a white wine/apple cider vinegar reduction sauce (on the fly of course ) ... tonight is an easy southern tradition of crockpot red beans, nothing too special there.

italian hot sausages smothered w/ hot pepper&onion tomato sauce on fresh baked buns and french fries. just like the ole county fair mmm mm.

everything's cool except for that damn fennel seed they (Italians) have to put in all of "their" seasoning

I had some fetuccini alfredo and a chop salad it was some good shit and better company
