natch man it'd be A, a travesty, B, probably quite difficult to make authentic. I fancy mexico, my lass has been before said it was awesome, but i think it's a don't leave your hotel for fear of kidnapping in some cities job.

I do like their mascot mind.

LOL, I'm Canadian my friend.... these trips are going to happen! lol

I need to learn about their styles, the way they produce flavours..... Had some of the best food I've ever had, and it as simple as fuck Mexican food..... I know the ingredients were "upper", but the flavours weren't! You could make that with cheap shit, it just wouldn't be quit as good!

Whelks are amazing! And cheap :) I love seafood, i'll eat pretty much anything.

And yup, tomorrow is my final day of university for the year and still got just shy of £4k in the bank :) Need to get out and find a good t-bone and bottle of champagne to celebrate. going to work for 5 months over the summer and try and get an extra £5k in the bank for second year.

Sounds good to me :) Last exam in 4 hours time, looking forward to getting home and celebrating. I think i shall make a week of it. Off to the Suffolk coast for the weekend so hopefully i can find me a kick ass fishmongers/restaurant :) On my highstreet the fishmongers are all afghan, in 8 months i've not once seen them sell cod or haddock, only option is the shite sold in tesco.

SNAUSAGES!

Finally got around to fixing that pipe on the deck so we have water out there. That means I can soak down the deck and get the Weber cranked up.

The wife was pregnant all last summer so this will be her first fresh snausages in a year. So I got her two fresh pork bratwurst. They are not very bratwursty in that they are pork, not veal and the meat is not ground up to a baby food consistancy. They are pretty chunky. Not sure what makes them a bratwurst but feel certain that my butcher wouldn't lie to me. It's a great butcher.

Hail to the backyard grilling season! Happy VE Day. Down with Hitler but up with sausage.

Small butchers generally serve up something decent, otherwise their customers go to the supermarket!
