Cool man! Well....I have a picture of the fish but, well....he isn't in the best shape :-P

here is one of em from that day, caught two 30+ pounders out on the atlantic with my old man. One of em I hooked into RIGHT when the captain told us to bring in our lines, I told him to wait a goddamn minute hahah

sorry for any PETA people that may lurk this thread, though judging from some of the cuts of meat in here I'm sure they've been driven away by now ahah

some sliced chicken breast with a serving of veggie barley. this was my first time toasting the barley before cooking it with the chicken stock, turned out really nice I think I'm going to start doing that on the regular. Red onion, zucchini, carrots, and yellow squash in with the barley. idk why there are two pics of it hahah I'm still figuring this site out >.<

Nice!!!

TTT I tweak most recipes. But I'm guessing you mean the lack of spag right!?

My Bolognese omits carrot. Other than that I add chorizo, a little balsamic, fry the beef with a few bisto granules. Red nd white onions and a pinch of sugar to ofset the spice in the chorizo.

You a chef by any chance metasynth? Not often i'll cook things at home unless i enjoy making it.

Looks fantastic though. Looks like, to use your names, eggplant, zucchini, cherry tomato, but the bottom layer confuses me. Not any pepper i've come across, yellow zucchini or something?

Anyone who likes goats cheese, very nice one i make is a puff pastry with goats cheese. Quite time consuming but damned good once done. Round of puff pastry, 5 or 6 apple slices, apple sauce with passionfruit in the centre, goats cheese on top, then honey, pine nuts, caramalized onion chutney, honey dressing, and some lettuce leaves. It's just the apple sauce that takes a while to cook, and the caramalized onions, but can then be used for pork chops at a later date, and a cheese board, or dare i say just buy a jar of each from the shop. If you really wanted to be fancy you could make your puff pastry as well, but handmade puff pastry, you can bugger right off! My hands are so warm it would take me most of the day just for the pastry
