organic, back yard grown potatoes (german butterball, yukon gold, purple viking)
organic, back yard grown sweet walla walla onions
cut potatoes into fries, dice onions finely
spread over shallow baking tray
drizzle EV olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
400-425 for 25-35 minutes, depending on preference (crunchy/soft)
let stand several minutes

Just had a courgette and feta soup with ciabatta :) as you say don, things certainly are nice when straight from the back garden. Got a bucket of beetroot to use somehow. Maybe some bortsch or a beetroot, feta, and clemantine salad.

we've just had the first few onions/peppers out and the odd few toms off. got more chilli's than i know what to do with. gonna dry and string them i think. I pulled one of the carrots up the other day and it's about 3inches and about a pencil thickness lol.

is it too late to pull rhubarb? i have a glut of it.

We're still pulling rhubarb here and there, although we're largely ignoring it now as our red goosberries are now all ready as well as the raspberries. Lots of crumbles :)

Great place for what it is, but good god does it get expensive quick! I've just been out in the garden snacking on spring onions and redcurrants. Bit of a strange combination, but tasted good :)

it was IPA day yesterday so i drank instead, got home and blacked, out woke at 3 on the sofa. just been and had a fancy burger and a Belgian tripel beer. cost a fortune but damn was it good. no pics i devoured it too quick :razz:

its tofu , tumeric gives it the "eggy" look, inside is just sauteed mushrooms, onions and peppers and hot peppers, topped with salsa and some "cheese" :) it was good actually i was surprised

Breakfast tacos are kinda a thing here in tx.......lol.......hell,food in general:).......let me say,every donut shop sells breakfast tacos,every fast food chain,even gas stations sell good breafast tacos:shock:.Not as good as what I would make but they're edible.Like I said yours looks good,i would like it regardless of what it is:).You know what they say......"if it looks good,EAT IT!":peace:
