If I ddin't know you were vegan I would've have assumed that was meat on the pizza, I have eaten the soy minced beef before in a cottage pie and didn't know the difference until i was told.
I like sandwiches as well:)

They all come back eventually...all the vegans miss flesh. Bloody warm mouth watering flesh. Your mind craves it because you were ment to eat it. Some cave over bacon, some cave over steak, ive even turned one back to the meat side with foi gras. Usually its bacon that gets em though. The smell makes your mouth water and it ignites primal urges that lie deep within you and you cant resist any longer. They all come back every last one of em. Us meat a tarians will see you soon sunni....woohohohohooo (<evil laugh) ;) im going to buffalo wild wings for some spicy meat, skin, fat, wrapped around bones. Ill post pics soon :):):)

I have to agree that the smell of bacon sizzling on the pan is abolutely irresistible.
There's hundreds of temptations for vegetarians and even more for vegans, that kind of dedication has to be admired.

So i got some chiiiiiiicken wings. They were alright. Theres alot of choices for sauces at the wild wings and a couple dry rubs. I figured id try half sauced and half rubbed. The desert heat rub kinda sucked and the parmesan garlic sauce was really good. The people i was with got a bunch of the other flavors so i tried, lemon pepper - tasted like lemon cleaner, mango habenero - tasted pretty good, the max heat - wasnt as hot as i thought it would be, i ate three and wished i would have ordered my five rubbed ones with the mega hot sauce. The worst part of the meal was the price...holy crap, two beers and ten wings set me back 32 bucks with tip. I couldnt believe it, i was still hungry when i left so i ate a fortune cookie that was in my car! Ill never go back to that place as long as i live. Two blocks away you can get 12 wings and two beers for 13 bucks. But what do ya expect for a corporate chain besides ok food for jacked up prices

I ate a salad and box of Lobster Bisque soup from this guy.
box soup.JPG

It was sorta gross.
Nothing in the mix that resembled lobster and had an overpowering taste of spices.
It would be good as a fish dip or sauce maybe?
I won't be viseting the soup natzi again. :spew::spew:

Lobster bisque
make lobster stock from lobster bodies smashed with carrots(no guts), onions, and celery. Add spices before adding cognac to deglaze and follow with fish stock. Simmer for 45 min and add roux, thicken and season with lobster paste and bisque seasoning as needed. When as flavourfull as needed strain, allow to cool and add whipping cream.
When serving, heat soup and garnish bowl with lobster claw and chopped tail meat.
Finnish with cream circle on top drawn out like a sunshine with a tooth pick. For added garnish circle twice and still draw out like a sunshine from the center of both circles for a cheese cake effect.
spice is the key ;)
