HOW IS THIS ITS MY FRIST GROW I CANT REALLY GO HPS CUZ ITS TO HOTT FOR THE SMALL INCLOSED CLOSET BUT I PUT CFLS AND TUBES ALL THREW IT. ANY IDEAS ANYBODY GOT SOMETHING TO SAY BOUT MY SETUP.

You're gonna need more space when you flower.

what are you gonna do when they mature and get BIGGER.

get those cfls closer, 2-3 inches away max. try to get em as close as possible w/o heat from the bulb being an issue, with proper airflow it can be cm's away, thats how far from the top i keep my lights. are the ones on the bottom the mothers? switch them and the flowering chambers places so you can have enough room to flower. you should do some low stress training and fimmimg and screen of green to make it shorter and the amount of light you have be more efficient since its not only hitting your top cola and kinda wasting light, its hitting all of the new main growth points(colas) and turns em into all top colas basically... nice setup. your flowering chamber is in need of some more lights soon imo though.

smart move man, i have great results when i put my fluro's vertical during veg, mentioned it on here b4. They will fill out soon enough maybe add a couple compacts so they don't stretch.

oh, and it looks like there might be covers on your long fluro tubes, i always take that crap apart so my plants get all 360 degrees of the light, think it is a lot better than using a reflector. your setup looks like it could benefit from that.

Would even a 150 HPS be too hot? I have one in a 3x2x4 and only use 1 regular desk fan.
