What's eating my Frisian Dew?

I feel like I'm taking all the preventive measures but there's still some fucker eating my plant.

I spray with Neem oil once a week, I spray with BT against caterpillars. I'm ordering predatory insects that will target fungus gnats and thrips, and I got copper around the pot to keep away slugs.

Perhaps these are old bite marks from before I did all this pest control, that's also possible. But can anyone help me narrow down the perpetrator? The bite marks are on some lower leaves and some on the top.

Yeah I think you're right about it being thrips damage with the white bits.
Maybe it was some sort of small beetle nibbling at the leaves. It doesn't look like caterpillar damage or snail or slug damage.
I hope someone more knowledgeable than me can chime in and narrow down the culprit.
Frisian Dew is quite a resilient strain from what I understand

Thanks for the input. Yeah, I agree that it's not a slug or snail, I've seen that damage myself on some plants I have in the ground, it's brutal. This is something smaller for sure. Maybe I've already killed whatever insect it was, with the weekly neem sprays.
