whats better your opions? hps 70w or cfl 180ws

what would do better ae........... cfls 4 45w and 2 23w or 70w hps son-e with 1 45w cfl and 2 23w cfl
this is for 2 plants both been trained or super croped and shoeing 2-3cm worth of bud

What about a 200 watt CFL? You can max your lumens and keep costs down plus heat won't be an issue...
But for coverage seems like a lot of cfl lights you have if they are spots then its good for shadowing but for the push i would go HPS if I had no other choice... and poly/ocra reflect around the plant!

true that i wud atm but this is jst an in between thing till i gt my 400w hps in a month or so,i do have 7 45w plus 6 23w from my last grow but it cost me
a fuk load to run that many bulbs 4 the amount of return i got so im pushing to c what i can get with as lil as i can use
