any other good security measuress? i have dogs but
i really dont wanna leave em out over night. cuz if they bark alot
@ nothing the cops will be called no doubt because

Game camera? There about 50 bucks are able to tAke short videos and pictures. And has night vision it works pretty well. 25ft night distance.

No it doesn but it shows who the culprit is. It's motion sensor camera only takes pictures and videos when it sees movement. Bit no alarm you dogs should be a good enough alarm to let you know of anything is near. I'm my opinion anyways mine are lol

ya i agree but id ratther not have em out there. and ya knowing who did it would prolly lead me too them so that would be nice.
and super bad for them ....call em mclovin lol. but maybe a game camera and a motion sensor.
70$ and that would be pretty good.

I use Skylink HA434. They detect motion and heat. You need to plug in the base station. It can be set to blinking red light, beeping sound plus blinking light, and an alarm plus blinking light. I have my garden fenced in so I put one sensor pointing at a corner and put another sensor caddy-corner. This way it covers all 4 sides. It does have a high and low sensitivity adjustment. So far it's been working great. You can get some alarms when it's windy, that's when I usually just set it to blinking lights (during to daytime mostly). At night I put up my wind blocks around the fence, that way I get no alarms from the wind. Also you can move the base from room to room, so at nighttime you can put it in your bedroom. I love this detector, you can not get within 8' of my fence without setting it off. I can be outside in plenty of time before anybody could cut through or "try" to get over my fence. I sleep so much better now. I bought mine off Amazon.

How much was it? Alarm + blinking light sounds good man.
Thanks for the info my friend.
The base station and 1 sensor was about $30 and extra sensors are about $20 a piece. Well worth it, even if it only lasts 6wks. They are guaranteed for 1 yr. I usually keep it on the alarm mode not the loud siren. I just move from the den during the day and my bedroom when I sleep. I installed it as soon as my first plant started to look "tempting"; like if a kid looked at it and thought it might have flowers on it. Right about preflower I guess. In my opinion it's already paid for itself, after my plants been flowering for 4wks.

they were little and had like a 20 ft radius from what i read. and i saw 1 outdoor version
and it looked very dinky and undurable. how do you guys hang them?
i have a fence bordering the huge yard. but my garden is like within the yard and only
has like a lil 2 ft fence around it.

on like a bamboo stick or something?

I have some of the harbor frieght ones. They work pretty darn well IMO.
well my yard is pretty big maybe 150-200 ft. i have my plants in a couple different places but one
is in the way back maybe 100 ft from the house. i would need a pretty serious light or sound.

but i mmay end up with the Harbor frieght ones and camping out. sounds like my cheapest bet. BWG that
one sounds good i will look into that one also

Geese work well for proximity alarms. They will not bark all night either :) They are a very underestimated guard dog.

We hated them in Vietnam........worse than dogs around the villages. You almost couldn't move at night in many places in Vietnam because the damn geese would give you away...!

Yeah my grandparents raised them... loud and suspicious of everything. I usually don't tell people that security trick ;) I just wanted to see if anyone could vouch for them as guard dogs lol. By the way thanks for your service, Cheers (drinking early tonight).

Guinea hens also make great watch dogs , they also eat bugs all day long without making a mess like chickens. Their almost 0 care animals

Some of the newer game cameras are wi-fi enabled and do have alarlm settings but their expensive 600+ $ and activation

Since it's your yard a couple 12 gauge shells 2 pipe nipples a end cap and a thumb tack make a hell of a alarlm
