what's a good seedling temperature

I just planted some seeds and right now my Temperature is at 77(F) and they're on a heating pad that's ~84(F).

Also, whats a good humidity, I've heard that 70% is optimal but I'm at 33% right now so do you think I should raise the humidity?

Humidity plays a big part in the seedling stage. I kept small ziplock bags over the top of my seedling sprouts for the first few days until they seemed strong enough. It seemed to work well. I know that higher humidity is a good thing in the early stages of plant development, but remember that too much humidity during the flowering stage may be a bad thing and possibly lead to the development of mold or fungus.
