I myself would use Gaia Green 4-4-4, and Gaia Green Kelp-1-0-2 and follow the directions.
I would use this through the whole grow. Its also a myth, to cut nitrogen in flowering.
All Nitrogen is, is Protein. Humans eat protein sources like chicken, fish, beans, rice, and our bodies turn it, into Nitrogen. Bodybuilders and most serious athletes, eat meals, every few hours, as to maintain Positive Nitrogen Balance. Also called Anabolic. When tyhe Plant, or the Body doest get a steady supply of Nitrogen/Protein, we go Catabolic, which, means we are eating ourselves, for energy, which if one is growing/trying to grow, is a major roadblock, for maximum progress.
The main thing, is Ratio. To much of anything, isnt good. If one isnt force feeding a plant, it will take what it needs, and be happy and healthy.
As mentioned above. Tomato fertilizer, is very very close to being optimal for weed.
I used to use Hydro Gardens - 4-19-39, 15.5-0-0 and Epsom Salts, but they went out of business, after 50+ years, because of supply chain issues. They made plant specific fertilizer, since the 80s, and couldnt get the chemicals to use.
So, I started using Master Blend 4-18-38-15.5-0-0 and Epsom Salts. I use small amounts every feeding. Seedlings may get 10% strength, and I up PPM, slightly every week, or so.
On a 8 weeks strain, I veg for 45-60 days, and slightly increase PPM, on ALL BASE NUTRIENTS from Seedling-week 6, on an 8 weeks flowering strain.
In weeks 3-4, I add a slight amount of 0-52-34-MPK.
Weeks 5-6 Base PPM keeps going up slightly, But, they get a Epsom Salts Boost.
Week 7 Nutrients are cut by 25%.
Week 8 nutrients are cut another 25%.
But the Gaia Green, is a lot simpler.
I still give a slight Epsom Salts Boost, with organics. Not a great deal, but they do get a small amount extra. I use Promix BX as Medium, and may also add a bit extra of both Calcitic Lime, and Dolomitic Lime. 2/3 Calcitic to 1/3 parts Dolomite.
