What would make for a more ACCURATE pH test?

-a digital pH tester
-or a paper/manual pH test?

+1, but I always have the testing solution on hand just in case of a digital malfunction. Redundancy in accuracy can never hurt.

Matching the colour of a liquid to the colour of ink on paper is never easy.

The colour of the liquid is always dependent on the colour of the light source
