How long in flower and what strain?

Over a month...How long have you been in bud?

What kind of lighting are you using ... CFL?

8 weeks in flowering and 5 cfl, 3 - 23w and 2 - 65w and i dont know what strain it is. i got the seed out of what suppose to be some strawberry short cake

8 weeks into flowering and its just now starting or trying to get frosty

Looks like maybe the plant tried to reveg at some point, it could be a 11-12 week strain but I think strawberry shortcake isn't. Make sure you have no light leaks at all during the dark period. Keep going awhile it looks like something stunted the growth or reverted.

I would've said this but I've seen decent bud with low light, to the op i would also increase wattage.

i need more than 199 watts of light really? how many you think?

Get your total above 250 at least I'd say even 400. Make sure it stays warm and totally dark through the night.

It does look like Dark Horses Strawberry Shortcake. Says Nine weeks so its prob more like 11 weeks.

If you are going to use CFL's look into these.

Of CFL? Definitely. Although, you should look into QBs, COBs, or EB and/or F strips.

Maybe if you’re set on fluorescents, you should roll with a T5 setup instead. If that’s your preference, talk to @RM3.

Just a suggestion, finish this grow. It will be what it be.
Ditch the CFLs and get something better for future grows.
