Never had a straight tubed bong either is their a difference

Awesome bong! Love RooR Right now I have a little big sista, but I will be buying the straight pipe probably sometime next year.

So this will be my first roor bong, first name brand bong actually.

I mean I already have a 16" bong that I bought at a Lhs and it's a beast just nothing special.

What's so good about roor?

High quality glass, no drag, hand made and they are simple pieces (which is what I like). Yes a bong is a bong, it all does the same thing... but after watching the documentary "Degenerate Art" I wanted to start supporting glass blowers and not this Chinese BS. Chose Roor because they were the nicest and they had good reputation. I don't regret my decision, definitely my favorite piece to smoke out of.

Sound like a rip off to me....but to each there own

I picked up one of these in blue from my local smoke shop for $50...
Has pinch for ice, diffused down stem 4 arm perc
And is 5 mm thick

I already have one I paid 60$ that's 16 inches and it's real thick glass just too heavy though

You have one that's 16 or your saying the roor is 16" (it's about a foot and a half yes)
So you want a bong made of thinner glass like the roor? So it weighs less? The one i put up is 12" with 5mm instead of 3.2...without percs or anything diffused. No ice catch. Like the roor?
So you want a brand is what your saying?...that's cool to, I've seen some bad ass illadelph pieces. The matrix percs are bad ass too

But if you want a thin bong with nothing fancy bout a foot and a half...then get something worth that price...the roor is not
A cheap Chinese bong is usually thin glass and just a straight tube....
You see what I'm saying bro? But that's just my opinion...which you did ask for opinions..that same price could get a bad ass piece....I feel the roor is far from that

Roor is top quality but if your gonna pay the premium, order a real one from Germany. The US Roors are legit, but the German made ones are better.

Personlay I like my illadelph, they are top quality, made in the USA, and damn cool.

Also Chinese glass is shit and you shouldn't support it.

it says it is made in germany? so is it really not?

I have not heard of any legit German Roors being sold from US sellers. They are usulay more expensive as well. Don't get me wrong, the legit US ones are very nice too.

I am however basing this off the information I uncoverd 3-4 years ago when I was looking into buying one. So my info could be out of date. At the time there were the only 3 authorized Roor dealers in Orlando, and they all only had the US ones.

Ps> I use the word legit a lot bc Roor is one of the most counterfitted brands in the world.
