Go with a used thinclient from ebay, you can get a celeron as powerful/more powerful than a pi5 for like 40 bucks.
I run Proxmox on one with a bunch of VMs including home assistant.

I have never used a Pulse device or their app bc of cost. Pulse Zero pre-order is $99. Any opinions on this new sensor box? I currently use Inkbird IBS-TH3's to log my temp & humidity and the android app Tent Buddy to obtain approximate PAR readings.

I use trolmaster and their devices have data logging.

The Vivosun app logs temperature and humidity and fans and light settings and basic stuff. Been working good for me.
