Please CAN SOME ONE ADVISE ME WHATS WRONG WOTH THIS PLANT
Providing a picture alone and asking what the issue is won't find you a proper answer to your question. There could be many possible reasons why it looks like that. Light stress, overwatering, underwatering...

Newer growth is usually lighter than the old growth, especially if that's going into flower. The drooping curling leaves are what would concern me. What's your watering schedule like? What medium? Light distance? Nutrients..EC, pH?

What is your feeding schedule?
Are you feeding to substantial run off?
Do you ever give plain water?
What size pots?
Age of plant?

looks overwatered to me (the leafs). Also I think your tops are too close to the lights thats why they are going brighter (maybe)
