Maybe nothing is wrong and they are just pale. Plants that need water in flower can look like that. Keep budding plants well moistened but not soaked.

They got a funky smell vs the upper buds , the sugar leaves almost look like nut burn but there not crispy there just pail then green down closer to the bud , everything I looked up doesn't look like it would be powdery mildew , or bud rot cause the bud is still good and solid to the stem idk just weird like the lower buds on the plant that was not as open to the light r that color

I've seen underfed plants buds get like that in late flower. It's happened to me on a couple occasions to a couple of plants that had been neglected for one reason or another.

See the plants it did it on was in super soil , one strain did it other didn't the plants it did it to was way smaller then the big ones that it didn't do it to , like the leaves were green the sugar leaves and the back side of the buds fhat were touching the main stalk that side had the light tan color ,

I'm not sure but it seems similar to my experience. I recall a funky smell as well but the bud itself wound up fine for consumption.

No doesn't fall apart it's crystally and sticky even , idk I did something I probly shouldn't have , I dunked em in peroxide , and another bucket with lemon juice and baking soda , I've did it once before on a damn auto and it worked to remove or contain anything and didn't affect things , so rather then throw it away i tried this If that dnt work I'll toss it I reckon

Thanks for the info , I had a couple nights my humidifier got full and didn't auto drain to my bucket and humidity got up to 70 percent a couple nights toward the end mayb that did it , but I got two wall fans and one big like oscillating shop fan that pushes 4600cfm wide open and those never shut off , idk , write this one off I guess and move on all a guy can do ...
