What would i be better off with?

Im hoping to start growing and i have decided to build my own grow box 2m Long, 1m High, 1m Wide. I am just wondering if i will be better of with;

2 x Growcube 14 watt and 1 x Growcube Pro 45 watt

i havent added any vents or fans into my diagram here, they are on my blueprints. I just need peoples opinions on the lights..
all LED or half half..

also im going energy efficiant, thats why i havent added and hps or mh lights.
