Best for noob first grow is bag seed to learn off of, get your mistakes out of the way before screwing up the good stuff :bigjoint:
but for strain any northern lights is a noob fav they are easy to grow, don't smell alot and can take a few mistakes

1000 grams or better with a 1000 watt light maybe more. Depends on the strain as well. You will get more bud and grow faster with an indica. Northern lights or a cross with northern lights for sure. White widow is also pretty easy to grow.

How much do u think I can yield in a space like doing a good job on taking care of them . Also how about the ak 47 is that more of a experience grower?

how many plants you can fit in your area, depends on a few things, to mention a few; light saturation and wattage, your grow style or method straight grow in soil, hydro, SOG, SCROG, Stadium, Vert, etc..

each has it's own advantage and disadvantage. Keep it simple by picking a strain, and growing your plant like normal in some soil bags, then as you learn how your plant likes to grow, adopt a method to maximize the use of your space and results.

good luck

It really depends on you, and the space and time you ahve to dedicate to your plants.

I can't tell you how to get 3 or 4 lbs... best thing you can do is get started anyway you can, and grow your operation to meet your needs.
