that's a pre-filter, to keep your filter from getting plugged up with dust, if you wash it out in the sink once a week, let it dry, and put it back on, it can easily add at least a year to your filters life....

don't understand? as a cleaning agent? makes no difference what you use, take the plants out while you're doing it, won't kill em to be out of the tent for a couple of hours

First off, do as suggested early in this thread and don't defoliate your plants. Your best bet in that respect is to ride it out.

A few suggestions...

Daily: selectively snip a fan here a fan there...a few here and a few there from each plant won't disrupt the plants too much and whatever you remove will help your situation without over stressing your plants. Strategically do this..snip what makes sense, don't if there's no need to.

Do all you can to increase your air flow.

Attempt to increase your tent temperatures as high as you can without again disrupting the plants. If you are facing high humidity the higher temp will be better than not.

If you can't manage an electric dehumidifier, go with Damp Rid in the buckets...get the biggest you can manage and get ready to change them out daily...it won't be the best option but it will again help your cause.

Next time, don't be such a good grower that you outgrow your tent. Good luck.

ah, i wouldn't bother, unless you have a very small humidity issue...even a small peltier dehumidifier will be more effective than those buckets, and it won't take you long to spend enough on the buckets to pay for the dehumidifier
