What will this require?

I am looking to veg aprox 20-25 seedlings. I have seeds in hand, sweet tooth, early misty, the church, purple lady, white widow.

first time starting indoors, as these plants will be sent outdoors in 3-4 weeks. I have been searching for info on fluoro's and what I will need for these seedlings. what will be optimum lighting for them? as far as the amount of bulbs, and wattage. I am unsure of how many lights I will need other then that I found most of my answers through the search.

ps. got great service from attitude, but the delivery guy took it to the wrong house....talk about close call. good thing he did'nt open it!!
also ive seen some interesting fuorsecent grow threads, i am going to by a variety of bulbs, just narrowing it down to what wattage, lumens, etc. any help would be great!!
