short story is my plants were completely dry for a day, still looking really healthy just drooped and had no water what so ever in the soil, with a very low humidity of 27%

it will start using what ever nutrients or what not they have stored in the plant also i hear it makes the plant stronger but i dont recommend it it happened to me my plant got all sick looking the leaves started curling upward that happens because it is trying to trap moister just give her more water than you usually would and it should perk in the next days check of my sig the first sets of pics is when i under watered my plant she recovered and is looking very nice now
