What went wrong ?

Hello forum,
I started a project that i had invested a lot into , measured things into detail and had some terrible results.
As this is my second growth i knew what i needed . Im not that experienced as i had only 1 growth behind.
I used this forum to get some advices as well.
As i started my project at first i started to notice yellowings on the leaves at seedling stage. Later above ground growth slow down .
Some days after that the leaves started to dry out which resulted in fatal events for my growth.
I will try to give you guys out there a good info of what i used, of the measurements taken day by day.
I ask you to call out a possible mistake i made , or what i did wrong ?

My project was -
5 greenhouse super lemon haze seeds
5x5x7 growing tent
B'cuzz Organic soil mix ( npc ratio 12/14/24)
outtake vent - 110m3/h
ordinal canopy vent

After 3 days in paper tower the seeds popped.
They were put directly into 11 litre containers from the start which had B'cuzz organic soil mix and some other soil was added that i used before and i had no trouble with.
However 1 of the seedlings was put into an totally different soil - an ordinal one which to be honest was useless - didnt hold water , had no perelite and such.
They were put into 24 hours of light under 2 x 65w CFLs.
The temperature was 79-84 F , The humidity varried around 45 - 60 % .
I used boiled tap water with had ~6.2ph and some good characteristics readings - i used a test kit after i boiled it.
The ordinal canopy vent was pointing direclty on the canopy level of the seedlings.

At day 3 they were watered by 350-400 mls of water each.

At day 5 i noticed a yellowing that was started on the leaves.

At day 10 their photoperiod was changed into 18/6 under 400w MH lamp. During the following 2 days temperature readings were 86 F but i started
using the air contidioner in the room to fix this problem. After that temperature was 77 - 80 F but the humidity went down a little - 33- 38 %

At day 15 they were watered with 400ml each and took some photos of the leaves :

During the next 10 days above ground growth slowed even more and leaves started drying out more and more seriously.

At the last day i uncovered the roots and saw this :

The roots werent developing at all. They were short and weak.

I got my personal possibilities on the problem :
I saw a really bad feedback about the organic soil mix that i used so that may be the problem as well. Could be nutrition burn as this soil had some slow-releasing nutrinets over time.
Putting them directly into 11l pots might've been wrong.
I had put 14 litres of soil into 11l pots - i pressed the soil maybe a little to hard but there was still air flow - as the water drained out from the bottom normally.

I ask for diagnosis on the problem that caused this to occur so i can prevent them from happening next time.

The soil burnt them and the pots were too big. Next time start them in jiffy pots-20c, or much smaller pots with seed raisingmix or peat ,leave under fluro for 3-4 weeks, let pots dry, dont feed till week 3, keep temps 75-80 after germination.

agree with ^ those posters. you jumped the gun a little. no big! back to the drawing board. invest in a shoplight and some keg cups plus a few beans and youll be back in action

they didnt like that soil mate, lost 11 out of 12 white rhinos that were like that, only the mother survived in different soil.

Well my guess would have to be that either whatever was in the soil burnt them, or you watered them too much and really? that big of a pot to start off in. You want to put them in plastic cups and wait until then are 2 weeks old then transplant to bigger pot like 3-5gal. No need for bigger one i mean unless you plan on letting them get tree size. Otherwise i would just restart from scratch and use a potting mix dirt not the organic "this will make your plant a tree" one

seedlings use the nutes from the seed for the first 3 weeks , it dont matter on pot size , it dont matter what light they were under so long not to close , they got burned and died, for sure.

First off i'd like to thank you all for the responses you've made.
I was kinda hoping that the problem was the soil - i will NEVER use organic soil again for sure.
Got myself a soilless mix for seedlings and new growths.

I think you just planted seedlings in a hot soil mix, i don't think their was anything wrong with your organic soil, just you putting the seeds into it to early. It happens, don't be to mad at yourself, trial and error.
Personally i germinate and grow my seeds in their final pots most of the time, and have'nt had a problem with that yet.
If you want a good soiless mix you can make yourself, id try 3 parts perlite, 2 parts worm castings, 1 part vermiculite. Cheap mix to make, works great, contains no nutes.

I will never grow with anything else but Organic soil, And my seeds go straight into their final pot after it roots it's root riot cube. Never had an issue, to just slam Organic soil like that is wrong when the error lies with yourself.
