What week are these flowers in?

Hey all, I've got a bush outdoors that seems its a bit far from flowering. Im still a bit of a newbie so Im looking for some insight on how long my plant has to go before harvest. Here she is -

I'd say no further than week 3. Can't see much of any trichomes forming. Kinda blurry though.

There are trichs on the sugar leaves but that's about it it seems. So hopefully I can take her to mid/late October. We will see what the weather says about that hah

Buds look like they are about three weeks in. Just right for dusting a touch of pollen on one of the lowers.
 
If I needed to, how could I prevent them from dying due to frost? Anyone have experience with that? Thanks for the help guys
 
Still quite a while. Don't go by breeders description. Frost won't hurt your plants, freeze will.
