What weed grows in High Humidity?

So I did some research and apparently my 85%-93% humid area is huge problem for growing… nevertheless, I researched deeper and saw that some sites say certain strains can grow in high humid climate, apparently Skywalker Haze and Mazar can survive super tropical climate, I just wanted to see if anyone else knows about this.. or can direct me..

Btw, I want to grow this outdoors on my balcony with about 6-7 hours sunlight, I was going to buy some Skywalker haze auto seeds.
Anyone got any ideas for me ?
Would I just be wasting money and time attempting this moldy dream.

Or you could grow inside, and create a controlled environment. But if you can't, I see some strains that growers say are mold resistant. I was thinking...maybe you could stick a oscillating floor fan out there to give them some good air circulation? This will surely help. On the other hand, Purple Kush, Blue Cheese, Northern Lights Autoflower, Jack Herer Autoflower, and Sour Diesel Autoflower are the strains I found online that say are resistant to mold. Good luck.

Thanks mate, yeah I guess a floor fan outside will help a lot, yeah humidity out here in South East Asia gets hectic, sometimes peaking 95% in the evening.

I’m going to get the seeds you mentioned, after a bit more research.

equatorial sativa varieties do well in humid environments but with only 6-7 hours of direct sunlight I can’t imagine them doing very well, probably to tall for a balcony too. Why not go with a small 2x2 tent or something along those lines. They’re fairly inexpensive same with the light; 100-150w light and a little exhaust fan even on 18/6 ain’t adding but like 120kwh a month

If you are in South East Asia, you should just grow a tropical sativa landrace, there are some great strains from all over that region-they have a loose bud structure that is less prone to mold. They take a long time to flower, but in that RH you'll have a hard time growing anything else to harvest without bud rot-best to choose a plant suited to your local environment.

That’s dope, thanks for your advice. I am checking out some SEA landraces now, I will just do some stress training to keep them growing low, there are a ton of strains growing in 90+ humidity out here :)

yeah the drying part will be interesting, I guess just a cardboard box ? With 2 fans blowing into them?

or what do you reckon would be a good way to dry in these climates, without getting any extractor fans or a de humidifier

Yeah my current property doesn’t give space for tents or good ventilation, I don’t really have a choice in this for indoor or outdoor.

I’m in a similar boat here in the south of Thailand. Especially during monsoon season. One day the RH will be in the 90s and other days it’s 50%.

I’m just starting to get into growing and I decided that the best way was to do it is inside.

Air conditioning can suck some of the moisture out of the air and keep the temps below 30C which is actually not even the hottest it gets outdoors (sometimes 32- 34C).

Sorry, I haven’t grown anything yet so difficult to give any recommendations but after burning up a few plants in seedling stage I just broke down and bought a small (3x3) grow tent and some lights.

Now all I have to worry about is keeping the room cool enough. ;-)

jamaica. i used to go there a bit. it is so humid i could hardly dry the buds I bought and any powder would also clump up....didn't check the rh, but it seemed worse than my home which is about 70 to 80 rh.
