well my first thought is torches and pitchforks lol...but after i'm through with restraining my knee jerk reaction its about running them up the flag pole in court...
but before all that we would have restricted activities that have such potential to harm the commons and in that respect i suppose i differ from the 'libertarian' view as i understand it...
